Refund Policy and Right of Withdrawal

1. Refunds

You can get a full refund of your most recent payment if both of the following are true:

you ask within 14 days of that payment, and
you have not used full access since that payment.

“Using full access” means opening the Cephra app with your paid access, for example to view measurements, pillars or your archetype, to run a simulation, to open your plan, or to use the AI analyst or AI personas. Visiting the website, the pricing or account page does not count. The free part of Cephra you used before buying does not count either.

Only the most recent payment can be refunded. There are no partial or pro-rated refunds for unused time. When you cancel, your subscription simply does not renew and you keep access until the end of the paid period.

Always refunded

a duplicate charge or a charge of the wrong amount;
a technical fault on our side that prevented you from using full access.

Results that differ from what you expected are not, on their own, a reason for a refund.

How to ask

Email [email protected] with the email address you used at checkout, or contact Paddle through the link in your receipt or at paddle.net. Approved refunds are paid back to your original payment method by Paddle, usually within 5–10 business days, and the subscription ends at once.

2. Statutory right of withdrawal for consumers

Your purchase is made from Paddle.com Market Limited, 30 Old Bailey, London EC4M 7AU, United Kingdom, as our reseller. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise it, inform Paddle (via paddle.net or the contact in your receipt) or us at [email protected] by a clear statement, for example an email. You can use the model form below, but you do not have to. Sending your notice before the period ends is enough.

Effects of withdrawal. If you withdraw, we and Paddle will repay all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days, using the same means of payment you used, at no cost to you.

Early expiry. Cephra is digital content and a digital service supplied immediately. If you expressly agree at checkout that supply begins before the withdrawal period ends and confirm that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, the right expires as soon as supply has begun, i.e. when full access is unlocked. Our refund rule in section 1 still applies on top of this.
